FORMATION OF CONTRACT
Upon receiving your order, we'll send an email to confirm receipt. Note that this email does not constitute a binding acceptance but an acknowledgment of your order. A contract is formed once we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
RESALE POLICY
Products purchased on SEASICK SWIM's website are for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify the products are for personal use, and you agree to our terms. PRICES AND INVENTORY While we strive to ensure all items listed are in stock, in the event an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly. PAYMENT
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Credit Card
By submitting the order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order by PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Amazon Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("Amazon"), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out within one business day after placing the order. A business day is any weekday with the exception of Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and the 24th and 31st of December each year. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34
Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is available only for consumers and payment must be made to Klarna. Further information and Klarna's terms and conditions can be found in the payment information provided for each payment option during the ordering process.
Invoice Purchase via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after the shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Installment Purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum monthly rate is 6.95 Euros.
Klarna Direct Debit
You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited after the goods have been shipped.
Klarna Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Klarna will charge your card immediately after the order is placed. An address and credit check does not take place.
SEASICK SWIM reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
