RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees because of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this value loss is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

    ∆ Each item must be listed individually with the correct description, quantity, value and HS code. Use the information below as a reference:

    Value: Declare the original value of each item as listed on the inovoice
    Reason for Export: Always mark the package as "Returned goods - no commercial value" to avoid customs fees or delays.

  • Shipping Options:
    ∆ Use a reliable shipping service and retain proof of shipment for your records.
    ∆ Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound to the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is especially to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender utilizes our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already flowed to us upon the effective date of the withdrawal, your lender, in relation to you, steps into our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract. The latter does not apply if the present contract is for the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan contract, if you also have a right of withdrawal for it. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
